We manage the payroll management services on behalf of our clients, we ensure the monthly salary, PAYE (Pay AS You Earn) tax remittance, pension remittance (8% from employee and 10% from employer), HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) and other statutory deductions are remitted to theappropriate authorities monthly for contingent/contract workers.

Background Checks!!

We conduct background check for both new and existing employees on request of clients. We Conduct four basic background checks for all candidates recruited by FGTL: Educational Check, Previous Employer Check, Criminal Check and Credit Check (this is only for finance related positions) We also perform certification verification, background checks, and criminal check once the candidate has been offered the role.

As regards customer position, we invest the time to understand your business and culture. Making sure we understand your requirement and gather detailed descriptions for jobs. For our processes, we leverage on our rich and robust database with a referral-based sourcing strategy.

As regards the time, our turnaround time for both permanent and contract services is 5 days for entry-level to middle level roles and 10 days for Senior and Executive search level roles from receipt of the JD’s. For contract positions, we also remain in close contact with the client and our consultant, proactively promoting employee engagement, performance, and retention throughout each assignment.
